PAUL LUCAS

Paul was born and raised in Calgary, Canada before moving to Hong Kong. In 1993, he established his first business venture; a residential leasing and expatriate relocation firm which was ultimately acquired by Prudential (Pricoa Relocation) and then later sold on to Brookfield (BGRS) and more recently Dwellworks, the leading global destination services provider (DSP). Under Paul’s leadership whilst leveraging the company’s global footprint, the firm grew to be Hong Kong’s leading corporate relocation & residential leasing firm supporting the financial services sector.

Mid-career he then moved to the US to complete a Masters program in Berkeley, CA before returning to Hong Kong. More recently, Paul pivoted to his first love - Hong Kong’s dynamic real estate market. With over 30 years experience as a highly regarded property professional we are delighted to have him join the Habitat team.

He brings a wealth of acumen and invaluable insight into the Hong Kong real estate market. His loyal client relationships are exceptional, service ethic unmatched, and he is renowned in the industry for his integrity and holistic, 'over and above' servicing across all aspects of property and the relocation process.

Paul is passionate about Hong Kong as a place to live, work and raise a family. He recently picked up running on the weekends and is enjoying re-discovering Hong Kong.
