EUNICE GENG 耿丹

Born in Yunnan Province, China, Eunice is fluent in both Mandarin and English. After completing her undergraduate studies in Chongqing, she gained extensive experience in the immigration industry while working in Shenzhen for several years. In 2018, she joined Savills Shenzhen, where she specialised in overseas property marketing and sales. In 2021, she relocated to Hong Kong and earned her MBA with distinction from Hong Kong Baptist University in 2022. Before joining Habitat, she served as a Property Consultant in the Residential Services Department at Savills Hong Kong.

Eunice now brings to Habitat her experience and knowledge of both Shenzhen and Hong Kong, with over 5 years' experience in the Hong Kong market handling both leasing and sales her meticulous and attentive service has earned her consistent praise and trust from clients across Hong Kong and China. She has helped many clients relocate to the city and establish themselves through renting or buying property suited to their and their families' requirements.

Eunice excels at deeply exploring clients' needs and matching them with suitable properties - she has extensive experience in West Kowloon, Kowloon Tong and Kai Tak as well as areas across Hong Kong Island and understands clients cross border requirements and can help clients tap into the enormous growth potential of the Greater Bay Area.
