Born and raised in Hong Kong, Alan is fluent in English, Cantonese, Mandarin, and the Chiu Chow dialect.

With over 19 years of experience in Hong Kong’s luxury real estate market, Alan brings deep expertise across both sales and leasing, with a focus on prime residential districts including The Peak, South Side, and Mid-Levels. He has acted as exclusive agent for numerous landmark properties, representing vendors with discretion, professionalism, and a clear client-first approach.

In 2025, Alan achieved total transaction volume in excess of HKD$800 million, including the sale of HKD$280 million at Twelve Peaks, HKD$166 million at Stella Maris, and HKD$107 million at 6 Stanley Beach Road. These transactions further reinforce his standing as a leading advisor in Hong Kong’s high-end residential market. In 2024, he brokered the largest second-hand transaction in Shouson Hill and completed both sales and leasing transactions at 8 Peak Road, including the lease of an exceptional 4,500 sq. ft. residence. Earlier notable achievements include handling the largest penthouse transaction at The Peak at 8 Peak Road in 2022, demonstrating his consistent capability in managing complex, high-value mandates.

In the leasing sector, Alan maintains long-standing relationships with major institutional landlords, including The Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels—owner of The Repulse Bay—Eton Properties, and Nan Fung Group. His trusted reputation and deep market knowledge allow him to deliver consistent results across a diverse portfolio of luxury residences, earning the confidence of both landlords and tenants.

Alan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Economics) from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and completed an exchange program at Nanjing University, further strengthening his understanding of the Mainland China market.
