An extensive background in property and knowledge of the Hong Kong market guides Tish through many successful property deals. With over 20 years of property experience Tish joined Habitat in 2009.

Hong Kong born to military parents, and London raised, Tish has a long history with Hong Kong returning on 4 occasions. Tish has a diverse background having trained as a nurse & councillor, and then media in New Zealand. She then embarked on a successful career in real estate being able to leverage her previous varied careers. She is consistently one of Habitat’s top sales and leasing agents and has brokered many complicated deals, including whole building transactions. In 2019, 2020and 2021, she has been awarded for highest transaction volume.

Tish has diverse experience at every level of the market and across varying property types from residential to industrial and commercial. Her extensive knowledge and experience means she's an expert in dealing with challenging briefs.
