ASHLEY SMITH

US native and former therapist Ashley’s personal and professional experience truly help facilitate the smoothest moving process possible.

Ashley obtained an MSSW in Social Work from The Kent School of Social Work at The University of Louisville, later working as an individual and family therapist. Not long after relocating to Hong Kong in 2011, an opportunity with Habitat caught her eye. She’d always followed the real estate industry closely and was looking for a fresh career start. Becoming an agent allows her to employ her passion for property while utilising her professional therapist skills to ease clients into a new phase of life.

Being there from start to finish is her strength and Ashley’s successful sales and leasing record within the Habitat team is a reflection of that quality. In 2023, she was the Top Billing and Sales Agent as well as 2nd Top Leasing Agent in 2021.
