PASCALE LITMAATH 李墨白

Pascale joined Habitat in 2003 – and is still powering ahead for her clients today, regularly achieving annual Habitat Sales and Leasing Titles with her professional focus and high level of client service.

Self-motivated, entrepreneurial and dedicated to service, Hong Kong born-and-raised Pascale has an intimate knowledge of the city. She’s known for her solutions-based focus and being an avid networker. She is often sought out by clients with specific and/or high expectations and has an innate understanding of what clients want.

She and her family have lived in Clear Water Bay, Stanley, Repulse Bay and now, The Peak, and she has an in-depth understanding of Hong Kong life and of its many neighborhoods.

Pascale graduated with a Law degree from Katholieke Universiteit, The Netherlands, working in tax and investment banking before joining Habitat.
