MYRIAM GAZAL

Myriam has an international background having been brought up in Nigeria and France and speaks French, English and Spanish.

After completing a degree in Accounting, Finance and Marketing from Nice Sophia Antipolis, followed by a Masters in Luxury Brand Marketing and International Management, Myriam spent eight years working in marketing at an IT start-up in Paris before moving to Hong Kong in 2001 to focus on marketing French fashion brands in Hong Kong and China. She transitioned to the real estate industry in 2007 as a property consultant for Savills before joining Habitat in 2010. In 2021, she was awarded the title of the second Top Billing Agent and second Top Sales Agent.

Myriam’s exceptional design aesthetic is the ideal complement to her ability to identify opportunities for clients when the right properties come to market.
