Habitat Property focuses on sourcing quality properties across Hong Kong and the New Territories We take considerable time in viewing all properties on the market and only those that meet our strict investment criteria make it onto our website. If it doesn’t meet our criteria, we won’t list the property.

We highlight those properties that are either already renovated to a high standard and are suitable for owner occupiers / investment or those properties that have great potential with the right renovations / improvements.

Habitat understands that the right property with the correct renovation will generate an above market rental when marketed to expatriates. This in turn results in higher than market returns for an investor and makes excellent investment opportunities.

We provide a summary property report to our clients of suggested improvements that they can make to the property to maximize their return.
