Chung Hom Kok

Chung Hom Kok is located halfway between Stanley and Repulse Bay on the peninsula; it is very open and quiet with little traffic. This area is primarily townhouse developments. Most have fantastic seaviews and many also have outdoor terraces or roof decks, perfect for entertaining. It takes approximately 25 minutes into Central. It also has a great beach perfect for sun baking!

Stanley

What started as a small fishing village is now an up-market residential area. Stanley is famous for its markets, beaches and good variety of restaurants, many that are alfresco and within easy walking distance. It is also where one of the annual dragon boat races takes place.

Most of the housing is low rise townhouses and apartment blocks, a mix of new and old buildings. The area is about 30-40 minute drive into Central (slightly longer at peak hour).

Things to do in CHK & Stanley

There are some great restaurants in Stanley. Our Favorites include:
Lucy’s, The Boat house, Saigon and Wildfire Pizza (for deliveries T: 2813 6161).
Smugglers Inn is good for Sunday afternoon drinks.

- Head to the Deep Water Bay Golf Club mid-week for 9 holes of golf for only $450 (T: 2812 7070) www.hkgolfclub.org. Visitors can go mid-week as long as they have a handicap certificate.
- Undertake 1,000 steps. This hike starts form the top of South Bay Close and ends up in Stanley .

A little further away is the Wellcome supermarket at The Repulse Bay.
This is one of the best supermarkets on the South Side.
