Victoria has over 18 years of property experience in various sectors of the property industry including valuation, planning, development, corporate advisory, commercial leasing, residential leasing and corporate relocation. She is a licensed valuer in Australia, and was previously a director at Colliers Jardine in HK.

Having worked internationally in Australia, Europe, Canada and the US, Victoria is familiar with relocation and its associated stresses, as well as how real estate is handled in different countries.

Victoria started Habitat Property in 2001 as a boutique agency focused on high end relocation, leasing, sales & property management within Hong Kong. Habitat Property Management Limited was started in 2003 as a boutique property asset managment company and now as over 50 properties under managment.

Lucy has over 14 years experience in Hong Kong relocation and was previously with FPD Savills as Director of their Residential Leasing Department. Lucy has specialized in executive relocation and housing with multinationals, with a particular focus on the finance sector.

Lucy joined Habitat in 2002 with responsibility to assist senior level exectuives relocating into HK. Lucy also assists in the development of new business.

Venetia has over 14 years experience in Hong Kong residential leasing and corporate relocation and previously worked with CB Richard Ellis, and Connect HK Ltd. She has excellent experience in placing senior executive staff and their families across Hong Kong.

Venetia was born and brought up in Hong Kong, attending Kellett School before going to boarding school in the UK. As such, her local knowledge is excellent and is a great resource to people just relocating to Hong Kong.

Pascale grew up in Hong Kong and attended Primary and Secondary schools here before securing a Law Degree at University abroad.

Following her years in the fields of Tax Consulting, Investment Banking and Corporate Communication, she now holds over 7 years of Hong Kong Residential Leasing and Sales experience.

Her life as a working professional and as a parent of children who are all growing up in Hong Kong, means that she is often referred to as a walking encyclopedia with extensive "local know-how" and excellent expat overview.

Pascale is fluent in English and Dutch and has good command of French.

Claire has lived in Hong Kong for 10 years, and has been with Habitat since 2004. She previously managed corporate events and brand communications projects for BNP Paribas, event gurus Jack Morton and prior to coming to Asia, for Airbus. Claire has lived in France, the US, UK and Hong Kong, and has 10 years experience in global marketing communications.

Claire possesses excellent account management skills, a thorough knowledge of Hong Kong, combined with an eye for style and a passion for the city’s diversity.

Fluent in French with some Spanish & German, Claire is an avid trail runner and keen adventure racer.

Originally from the USA, Jessica has lived in various cities in the Asia region (Tokyo, Bangkok, Korea) for a number of years and has solid experience in the relocation process.

Having spent many years working in the advertising industry, Jessica has great experience in client servicing and account management.

Karie-Ann hails from Canada originally and was living in Whistler before relocating to Hong Kong.

With over 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, Karie-Ann joins the Habitat team after two years as the Sales Director of a luxury hotel & property group based in Hong Kong.

Her international outlook and excellent knowledge of Asia is a great resource to clients relocating to Hong Kong.

Originally from Cape Town, South Africa, Mark has lived Internationally in Europe, the US and Hong Kong.

Mark has been involved in property renovation since 2002. His background also includes naval architecture, which, coupled with his passion for interiors, gives him a strong sense of design when working with clients looking to aquire property.

Sophie joined Habitat in 2007 and has lived in Hong Kong for 8 years and knows the city inside out!

Originally from Australia, Sophie's passion for living in Hong Kong is great for anyone arriving and settling here.

Amy was born in Hong Kong and attended HKIS before going to study abroad in Canada. She has a degree in Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary in Canada.

Amy has been back in HK since 1997 and previously ran several successful PR and media companies in HK as well as oversee regional operations for a major retail brand and have now returned to her love for properties.

Amy is fluent in English and Cantonese.

Ana brings yet another international angle to Habitat Property. Fluent in Italian and Spanish she has comprehensive experience of the residential property marketplaces in Singapore, London and her home city of Madrid.

Maureen has over 10 years of real estate experience having worked both in Bangkok and Singapore in residential relocation.

Charmaine previously worked in the UK and has over 10 years of property management experience with groups such as Savills (London) and Chesteron (London). As Manager she oversaw a portfolio of over 100 properties.

Charmaine has invaluable experience on both the landlord and tenant side. She brings invaluable experience to add value to properties under management.

Thomas is originally from LA, and worked in property and operations role within an LA based property company.

Thomas is fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin

Diana grew up in Los Angeles, and has a major in International Studies from the University of California Irvine. She previously worked in LA for an American real estate investment group.

Diana has been back in Hong Kong for over a year and has joined Habitat as an essesntial part of our team.

Diana is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Iris keeps a firm hold of the company cheque book. A qualified accountant, she has lived in Hong Kong all her life and when not keeping the Habitat finances on track looks after a husband and daughter.
